Liz and I wanted to express our warmest thanks to you, the whole Saffron team and Capel Manor team. A special thanks too for Tim who was no short of a human dynamo on the day.

All of you made the experience one that will stay with us forever. Every single friend and family member praised the venue, the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the food (dinner and BBQ) –

Not only was everyone super-efficient and friendly, they looked like they were enjoying the party as much as we were.

The food was delicious- we’ve lost count of how many people have complimented the food. The room was set up exactly as we wanted. The bar was run so well – no mean feat with our friends and family!

We’ve just got back from our week away in the Lake District and wanted to write and say thank you so much for all your hard work in helping us have the most incredible wedding day last weekend – we honestly couldn’t have had a better day, particularly with the glorious sunshine!

When we first met Kelly and Gareth for the food tasting, we knew immediately that Saffron would be the right choice for Rachel and Liam’s wedding; the food was amazing and we knew that the Saffron team would do a great job.
